Wayne County has received $750,000 in federal 2021 CDBG-NR grant funds representing 100% of total project costs to undertake housing rehabilitation, clearance, and reconstruction (replacement housing on site) activities. All federal CDBG requirements will apply to the Contract. The successful bidder on this work will be required to comply with federal regulations: Section 109 and E.O. 11246 which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Anti-Kickback Act; E-Verify Regulations; and Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
