Little Warriors shine; their high school counterparts take a loss
On an evening that saw the Little Warriors — both football players and cheerleaders — fire up the home crowd before the opening kick, Greene Central took the air out of the stadium relatively quickly, leaving Goldsboro with an easy win over Eastern Wayne Friday after dominating ever facet of the game.
The Warriors, who fell 36-0, are still looking for their first win of the season.
