After playing North Johnston last night — and beating them by 42 points — you might have thought Goldsboro High School would be gassed.
But when GHS hosted New Bern Wednesday evening, the Cougars had plenty in the tank.
TaKorrie Faison and Amari Latham combined for 55 of the team’s 71 points and the Cougars handled New Bern by 12. Faison led all scorers with 32.
