Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the Cityof Goldsboro will conduct public hearings during thecourse of their open meeting which starts at 5:30 P.M. on Monday, January 5, 2026, in the City Hall CouncilChambers located at 214 North Center Street toconsider the following requests.
CZ-04-25 Tucker Trace: The applicant is requesting to rezone one tract of land totaling approximately 53.76 acres from a Highway Business (HB) and Residential-16 (R-16) to Residential-6 (R-6) and General Business Conditional Zoning (GB-CZ) for the construction of a 120-lot single-family detached residential subdivision and 3 commercial lots.
