SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY
An offer of Five Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Dollars ($5,660.00) has been submitted for the purchase of certain property owned by the County of Wayne and the City of Goldsboro located at 305 N. Vance Street, Fremont (PIN: 3605651227) more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the Western edge of Vance Street, and in the center of the run of Aycock Branch, at the intersection of said Branch by said street, it runs in a Southerly Direction with Vance Street 98 feet to a stake; thence Westerly in a line parallel with North Street, 82 feet to the center of a ditch; thence Northerly with the center of said ditch to a point in the center of the run of Aycock Branch; thence Easterly with the center of said Branch to the Point of Beginning. The County will return the deposit on any bid not accepted, and will return the deposit on an offer subject to upset if a qualifying higher bid is received. If no other bids are made the original offer to purchase will be accepted.
