Lady Warriors win a thriller; Cougars finish perfect in conference play
The Eastern Wayne High School girls hit a near-buzzer-beater and then secured a steal to knock off rival Goldsboro High School on the road.
Goldsboro’s boys avenged the loss by beating the Warriors to finish the regular season undefeated in conference play.
