Tears will likely fall when the queen is crowned.

A group of rescued dogs will steal hearts and dazzle crowds with high-flying tricks.

Mud and metal will fly during the demolition derby.

And ribbon after ribbon will be awarded to contestants in everything from the spelling bee and pie baking competition to agricultural shows and cheerleading.

The Wayne Regional Agricultural Fair might be more than two months away, but officials have already released the schedule for the county’s biggest fall event.

The 71st edition of the fair, dubbed “The Best 10 Days of Fall,” will run from September 26 to October 5.
