Wayne County residents will have the opportunity to review the latest potential WCPS attendance zone maps for the 2020-2021 school year Tuesday, as work continues on a planned countywide redistricting effort that began in February when the Board of Education unanimously approved a rezoning proposal from Cropper GIS Consultants and McKibben Demographic Research.
The current options, which can be seen by clicking here, would result in changes for several high schools.
Option 1 would see both Eastern Wayne absorb some students currently attending Spring Creek and Goldsboro absorb some of Charles B. Aycock’s student body.
